The BEST buying experience we’ve ever had! We drove from two hours away and it was worth it! Jackson was our Salesman, he puts those who have been in the business for years to shame. He was accommodating with video and photos, attentive, a great communicator, knowledgeable and not pushy. Jason the Manager on shift was very personable, went to bat for us and not pushy. Levi the Finance Manager (a job I actually did for over four years) was thorough, fast, helpful and not pushy. Nate our Delivery person, we really needed this and appreciated the dealership having such a person (yes they have a person to go over the features of your new vehicle). The other sales guys friendly, the dealership was pristine with a great selection. We are both still in awe as to how good this really went, both of us having been in the industry this was just done so right! Normally we take the dealer badging off of our vehicles, Karl Chevrolet has earned being on our new truck! I will be referring everyone I know to you, Jackson and the team! The owner should be very proud that service was the deciding factor in our choice, not a dealer trade at our local Chevy dealership in Cedar Falls but, a two hour drive was worth the experience we received. Greg was very knowledgeable about the cars. I actually test drove this same car at another dealership but decided their customer service was horrible. Greg spent the time to explain different features on the car which sold me on it. He was a joy to do business with!

The employees at the dealership were fantastic. Everyone we walked by said hi to us. I worked primarily with Dave, Michael, and Jake - all three were friendly, helpful, and honest. The flow of your process makes it efficient. The facility was spotless and comfortable. The way my vehicle was staged for pick-up made me feel like the most important person there.
