Went for first oil change on new Traverse . Entered from the side street. There are TWO repair shops here. The one closest to the side road was closed, but I couldn't tell because other cars were blocking the wilted piece of paper on a tiny cone which said to use the opposite side entrance for repairs. Once the other customers and I figured that out, things went smoothly. Check in was easy. Service was pretty fast. They answered my questions intelligently. I went for brunch and it was finished just as I arrived back. I also had to purchase a headlight and trim piece. Their parts dept was helpful and shockingly stocked the parts for a current year model, readily available. Sometimes even dealers have trouble getting parts for models that are still coming off of the assembly line. Overall, a good experience but they need larger signage to direct their customers away from the temporary construction closure.

The service was amazing all along the way from the first moment I met the saleswoman Kelly Buckley. Nice, young, and very professional woman with great personality who helped me with every question I had! Who was respectful and she didn’t try to push me a car I don’t like the opposite she even told me the cars she thinks, from her opinion I shouldn’t consider. I think great sellers need to be real with the costumer and put themselves in the shoes of the costumer and she did that big time! The General Manager also was so amazing I forgot his name but I can say that if you prioritize getting the best service go to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC Richmond and ask for Kelly. The best car shopping experience by far!
