Sherry is wonderful, she couldnt find anything locally but she never gave up, she eventually found the perfect one in another state, within 3 days we were able to pick it up! We were torn between a Yukon and Yukon XL, not knowing if a yukon XL would fit in our garage. Within 15 minutes Sherry delivered a yukon xl to our driveway to make sure it would fit in our garage even knowing we wouldnt be buying that exact one. She went above and beyond and I will be using her when we purchase our next vehicle.

Kemna’s has always been very focused on customer service and on doing the right thing—even when there is a serious issue with the product. They were empathetic during a difficult situation and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t leave with any animosity toward the dealership or the GM/Chevy brand. They truly put themselves in the customer’s shoes and ask, “How would I want to be treated if I experienced a major breakdown through no fault of my own?” From service advisor Marc Plumb, to dealership owner Carey Kemna, to GM representative Kaylene Jackson, everyone worked with us every step of the way. In the end, not only were we made whole, but we also regained confidence in the vehicle and the GM/Chevy brand. We would absolutely recommend the Kemna dealership.
