2026 Chevrolet Traverse FWD LT

Updated Review: Took my truck for oil change. I had a great experience. The service manager and front desk staff was courteous and friendly. They provided Uber for both drop off and pickup. I must say, this dealership takes care of their customers. The previous service manager does not work at this dealership any longer. Old review: Service advisor seemed a bit off and could certainly work on his customer service skills. While the dealership itself seemed ok, the service manager seemed to have some kind of attitude problem. Remember, I'm the one bringing in business and you're not doing me any favor. Hopefully will ask for a different advisor next time and update the review if needed.

Mark Maker was so kind and helpful to help us purchase this beautiful camry TRD, he was patient with all our requests and made the transaction go through so smoothly. I really like the productivity of this dealership, they had multiple tasks and multiple people running around to get us out quickly. overall a great experience, i would come back again if i could.
