2026 Chevrolet Traverse FWD RS

I've always had a good service experience with Carson Chevrolet. This one, was no exception, and easily, the best so far. The updated website made scheduling my 150,000 mile service easy and convenient, allowing me to choose which individual services I wanted and which ones I didn't, while disclosing the price for each. Scheduling took seconds. When I arrived at the service department, I was attended to quickly. My service rep was already aware of what services I wanted, provided upfront prices, and didn't try push additional services I didn't need. She predicted my car would be ready in a couple of hours, and sure enough, two hours later, I was back in her office picking up my car, which was serviced flawlessly. To top this service experience off, everyone was profession and courteous. Making it even better was the text notifications, convenient online customized service scheduling, and upfront prices, which were all quite reasonable. No one looks forward to having their car serviced, but Carson Chevrolet is about as great as it gets, easily 5+ stars!
