2026 Chevrolet Traverse RS AWD

I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but these guys absolutely earned one. My truck ended up needing major work, and the whole process could have easily turned into a nightmare. Instead, the team at Pinkerton Chevrolet went above and beyond to help me out. Ramsey, the Service Manager, worked with me to get everything done on a rushed schedule, which I appreciated. Austin, my Service Advisor, was outstanding from start to finish. He stayed on top of everything, kept me updated, answered my calls and questions, and genuinely looked out for me throughout the entire process. That’s hard to find these days. Can’t say enough good things about Austin! A huge thank you to James, the technician who did the work. He put in the time to get the job done right, and my truck is back on the road because of it. There were plenty of things throughout this repair that could have gone sideways, but the dealership team did everything they could to make things easier on me. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find, and these guys reminded me what it looks like when people actually care about helping their customers.
