2026 GMC Sierra Elevation Extended Range Crew Cab e4WD

I just purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT with Rocky Ridge aftermarket lift, wheels, and nerf bars with all the bells and whistles on January 28th, 2019. I personally worked with Chad Chesrown as my sales consultant. Chad and I began our discussion through phone conversations after I inquired about the truck. We worked both through text and calls. Chad was very responsive and quick to get back with me for all my questions. He gave me his personal cell number and even communicated with me outside of the business hours. This was my third experience buying a new vehicle. I can easily say that Chad was the most informative and personable sales reps I have worked with. As everyone who has purchased a vehicle is aware, the process can be tiring and stressful. Chad did a great job of not pressuring me and working to make the best deal he could. I worked with chad for a little over a week until we found a way to make the deal happen. I drove four hours (round trip) twice to the dealership. The first day I visited we did not settle on a deal. Chad knew what my wife and I were looking for and did not try to pressure me onto another vehicle. He honored a listed price even though I did not qualify for a particular rebate GM was offering. After leaving the dealership the first day, Chad continued to work with me through phone calls and texts to try and get the deal done. After a little give and take on both ends we settled on a deal and I re-visited the dealership and we left in a new truck. Overall, Chad made the car buying experience enjoyable. After the deal was complete I think both the dealership and myself were satisfied. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to give Chad and Coughlin GMC in Newark a shot.
