Dead in the water with my truck due to a transmission problem covered under warranty. Dave Pepin expedited parts and got me a brand new loaner truck. Fix was done in half the expected time. Dave and team are great! Glad to have them to rely on. And that loaner truck saved us big time since we’re prepping for our daughter’s wedding at our house in 2 weeks!
Always professional, I wasn't surprised at all. I have never experienced anything else but total customer satisfaction. From when I asked to hold the truck I saw on Facebook for three days, because I couldn't get there to see it. To the past two and half years of oil changes and tire rotations.
