I called Karen in the morning to see if they could change my windshield wipers that got damaged in the recent snowstorm. She told me to bring it right in. When I got there they opened the garage door for me to drive right in. Rui met me at the truck and did his part ever so pleasant to service the truck. When it was done they called me from the waiting room and Karen took care of the payment. When I asked where they parked my truck, the service manager took my keys and backed it up to the door so that I didn’t have to walk around the building in the snow. I can’t say enough about the customer service you receive. They really treat you like you are special. Kudos to the whole team. Also, the gentleman that drives you to work, if you need to leave your vehicle, approached me to see if I needed a lift. Who could ask for better service.
