2025 GMC Sierra 4WD Regular Cab Long Box Pro

This is the 3rd time I have had the pleasure of working w/ Andrew Micham leasing a vehicle, and could not be happier. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable taking the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I had originally written a poor review of this location thinking it was under the same management as it was in August of 2020. I had a bad experience purchasing a used truck that turned out to be extremely rusted with significant other damage to the vehicle that did not seem to be properly checked. I was reached out to and asked to contact Brandon Lohmeyer, the used car sales manager in hopes of turning my negative experience with the previous dealership into a positive one. I explained my situation and backstory to Brandon over the phone, and he said that he was confident he could turn the story around into a positive one for me, and I agreed to come by next time I was in town. While waiting to meet Brandon Thursday morning (1/4/24), I was assisted by Brian Kerekes. Brian was extremely personable and helpful in finding me both the cars I was initially interested in, as well as trying to help find me some comparable vehicles they had on the lot. Despite the negative equity I had in my truck, Brandon and Brian were able to work with their finance manager and their appraiser to get me more for my trade-in, and did their best to get my monthly payment to my target number. While the number did come in a little higher than I was hoping for (at not fault of their own), the team was able to make it worth it with a few dealer incentives they were able to add. I ended up driving off the lot with a beautiful, clean 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is covered for 3 year/100,000 miles bumper-to-bumper. Brandon, Brian, and their business manager Candie were all a help in getting me out the door in a reliable used car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking in the area!

I cannot speak more highly of the service department at Cronin GMC. John and Mike were amazing and truly saved the day! We were traveling cross country and had an issue with our fifth wheel in tow where we lost trailer brakes. After troubleshooting items on the trailer side, we were worried it was something on the truck side. We called no less than 10 GMC dealerships in the state of Ohio and the edge of Indiana and John was the only one that told us to come right and they would see what they could do. John and Mike worked over a few hours in the afternoon to figure out there was an issue with the 2024 GMC Sierra and a module that was not compatible with the solar battery back up on our fifth wheel trailer. They work to get the module updated, even getting the part from their sister Chevy dealership and got us back on the road shortly after 5 PM the same day. We’re so thankful that they were willing to help!
