2026 GMC Sierra 4WD Regular Cab Long Box Pro

On Tuesday January 16, 2023 I called Mcgonigal Buick GMC due to having a check engine light that appeared on my dash. When I called to speak to the service department I spoke to a wonderful woman named Amy Cone who became my service advisor immediately. I was told I could bring my 2021 GMC Terrain into the express lane to have the codes read immediately. Once read, Amy immediately was able to diagnose the issue for a tech to be able to take care of it immediately the next morning. Once the tech was able to dig further into the issue with his excellent expertise. Unfortunately I made a mistake and left my window open during the snow storm that recently came through and snow got into my vehicle. Amy Cone took it upon herself to rectify my mistake and expertly cleaned out my vehicle and made sure that my seats were protected properly. In this moment, Amy Cone went above and beyond her line of duty to take care of me as a customer and made sure that I felt valued as a customer. Once the service was completed on my vehicle, I was not able to pick it up immediately so Amy Cone made sure to contact me and ask what I would like to have done with my vehicle. She was able to confirm that I would use my spare keys to enter my vehicle on the lot. Amy placed my car In a very secure and lit location and placed my invoice in my vehicle for me to be able to immediately see. The Service department, specifically Amy Cone, made me feel welcome and wanted as a customer from the second I walked in the door, kept in constant contact about my vehicle from the beginning and gave frequent updates on the status of my vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure I was entirely satisfied with my service at Mcgonigal Buick GMC. Because of her amazing service I will be a lifetime loyal customer to Mcgonigal and highly recommend that other use this service and ask for Amy Cone to be their service advisor for life!

The staff & dealership were absolutely outstanding! From the sales professional (Keenan G.), through finance (Jace J.), everyone was knowledgeable, very accommodating, and informative! Sales & dealership management (Travis S. & Steve P.) made the experience a complete success in my book.
