Traveled from Aberdeen SD for work. I had some issues with my 2024 GMC which limited its speed. Brought my truck in early to discover a full service schedule at Luther Family. I explained I was traveling and Paul McDonald went out of his way..He arranged to get me a vehicle for the morning and pushed thru the service. The staff resolved the issue and had me on my way...I want to thank everyone that help me..Great job!

The service is second to none, the staff is friendly, courteous and communicates well. I do not like the fact that I can no longer call the service department directly and the calls are redirected to the call center. Prior to this change I was able to communicate directly and was able to schedule service on a day that worked better with my schedule often dropping my vehicle off in the morning and picking it up in the evening often without a scheduled time and the service team would fit it in to their schedule throughout the day when it worked for them. The new system removes the customer contact with the store and the flexibility for the customer. The team in Fargo is fantastic that is why I'm giving a five star rating but the new scheduling system I would give a 2.

Everyone at the Luther Dealership is amazing. I had my kids along with me and they were able to sit and watch a movie while we waited. The waiting room was so clean and inviting. Thanks for making this process so smooth.
