I flew to Long Beach to purchase my new vehicle, and the experience was fantastic. As a woman and out-of-town buyer, I especially appreciated the smooth process. Darin's excellent communication and professionalism made the week leading up to the purchase and transaction incredibly smooth. Paul in finance was equally professional, friendly, and informative. These guys were like two fun uncles that I could chat all afternoon with! They made me feel completely comfortable and respected. My new Genesis is more than I could have ever dreamed of! I had my car serviced today and the team at Boulevard was exceptional. Derrick provided first class customer service with a smile and kept me posted minute by minute as to what was happening with my car. Jonathan Burns was top notch! He helped explain everything that went wrong with my car next steps and got me out of there very quickly! What I thought was going to be a five hour wait was only two hours which included the diagnostics and the repair! Which btw was under warranty, the best part?? Michelle was very helpful with scheduling and Louise was extremely helpful in parts. I never thought I would say that I had a great experience at the dealership, but today I did. Thank you so much to Jonathan and his team!
