Don’t listen to what you hear about Red Rock GMC. They were FANTASTIC to work with, Fernando and his whole team treated me respectfully and went above and beyond to take care of me as a now loyal customer. Fernando was a great sport especially on my longer days at my job, by staying past their closing time to test drive/get me financed. He got me into the exact car I wanted! I had seen the reviews and heard the negative comments about the Red Rock group. My experience was really enjoyable. Fernando respected my concern of being bothered with overwhelming calls, texts, and emails. He responded only when I sent him questions. The whole crew we worked with( Brody and Tiffany) were very professional and courteous. We also got a fantastic lunch suggestion from another team member, but i cannot remember his name. He was also very friendly. I purchased my vehicle from them, and I am very happy with the whole transaction. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have definitely moved away from the old and are on a better track to being a reputable dealer. I would recommend shopping with them to everyone.

Nate in service department was very helpful. Checked to see if they had parts needed for repair. Scheduled me in within in two hours to get repair done same day. Then allowed me to add some additional services and had me back on the road within an hour. Nate also provided me an oil service plan that really saved me money.
