Lindsay, the mechanic, and the service manager were so helpful. Lindsay always takes the time to listen and has the personality to make me feel like a family member. This was a $4700 repair and I knew it was handled professionally and thoroughly by the mechanic. Since I have a handicapped van that I need to transport my son, the quick response and service was soooo appreciated. Also, Mike transported me and he was a blessing since I did not have any other transportation. The car wash always makes me smile (nice little bonus of being a dealership supporter). My husband was visiting our daughter in Florida and had car trouble. The service manager went above and beyond to repair the vehicle and get us back in the road. Honestly they acted like he was an old friend and overly concerned that we get back home to Ohio safely.
