Second time to buy with Steve Frazier and James Wood Motors - this time was even better than the last. I didn't think it was possible. This time, I drove in from a few hours away. I emailed and called Steve a few times before picking up a vehicle. Steve made it 100% painless. I was overheard by my daughters as I called my husband and told him this car and buying experience was 'stupid' as I was giggling and sitting in my new car. They asked what I meant. I told my girls that the vehicle was more than I imagined.
