Great experience. I was thrilled to finally get my hands on the new Hummer SUV! After originally placing my reservation in mid 2022. My Salesman, Jonny Sparks, was easy-going and very helpful with all my questions and concerns. The car was sparkling and charged upon delivery. I have to commend the dealership for offering this world-class EV at MSRP. Another dealership in town had nearly a 25K mark-up. Additionally, the telephonic follow up to confirm or reschedule the appointment. At Check In: Mike's persona of Aloha is Very Professional and Truly Welcoming. At Check Out: Very Friendly and Quick. A minor concern that could possibly be adjusted-fixed. In the Men's restroom attached to the Customer's waiting area, instead of hand paper towels is an Air Blow Dryer. It is very loud upon being activated. It startled me, and more so my 4-year-old grandson to tears and hysteria when I lifted him up (as he had requested) to press the button to activate it.
