REVIEW CHANGED FROM 1 STAR TO 4. Cavenaugh Auto World made it right! BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!! My mature parents (think late 50's early 60's) asked that I write this review on their behalf as they have no idea how to write a review but they hope if their negative experience with the Service Department will trigger an investigation into the issue they have been having since August 11th. July 31st 2025, they purchased a 2022 GMC Denali from the Cavenaugh Ford dealership in Jonesboro Arkansas. The truck was nearly perfect however my father is a truck guy and if he is going to pay over $50k for a truck he expects everything to be in working order, so during the sale process he brought up a concern that the trucks interior dome light was not working and he would like them to take care of this issue and fix it, my parents were assured the issue would be taken care of. They signed the purchased agreement and went on their way happy with their purchase. True to his word the Salesman made an appointment with Cavenaugh Auto World's Service Department in Walnut Ridge to have the issue taken care on August 11th, the truck was dropped off and my parents were provided a loaner vehicle and given a time frame from August 11th- August 15th. My father can be somewhat impatient so he called on August 13th to obtain an update, left a message and the call wasn't returned. On August 14th he called the Salesman and asked if he could find out what was going on with the truck and if it will be ready on the 15th, he was told it would be ready.. When they went to pick up the truck the dome light was now fixed BUT my father immediately noticed his headliner was sagging in the back with a small tear and it appears broken (I'll be providing before and after photos). When he brought this up to the Service Department their 1st reaction was to deny doing causing the damage. He told them he knows they caused this because it was not like that prior to dropping it off. He was assured the Service Department manager would be in contact to address the issue. Although it bothered him to leave in the truck with the headliner damaged he was assured again he would be contacted, so against his better judgement he left. It is now August 27th and he has left multiple messages with the operator at the dealership, the Service Department, Service Manager, and even Don Cavenaugh himself and has NEVER been contacted back. My parent's aren't looking for a free repair but as honest, hardworking consumers they expect Cavenaugh Auto World Inc to fix the damage they caused, nothing more nothing less. I've attached a photo of the part of the headliner that is broke for reference, I've also included a screenshot photo the Dealership had posted online when they truck was listed for sale on their Website (it clearly shows the headliner was not damaged). I am also including a picture of the service order provided by the technician in the service department. It clearly states that instead of dropping the headliner and getting to the bottom of the issue he 1st "felt around above the headliner and can-not find headliner connector" we suspect this is when the damage occurred but that's just a theory. It goes on to show that the technician then used a borescope and noted that at some point someone had previously dropped the headliner but my father has no knowledge of this and if this was done it was prior to his purchase and is actually irrelevant because it wasn't damaged then. What he does know is that the headliner was in pristine condition prior to dropping it off at Cavenaugh Auto World's service department on August 11th and now it is not. Here's to hoping that by leaving this negative review someone somewhere within your company that has common courtesy and integrity will see this and at the very least be a reputable business person a return a phone call and attempt to find a reasonably resolution to this issue. My father's name and telephone number shouldn't be that hard to find out as I have laid out enough details within this review to easily identify him.

My husband and I are very pleased with the the purchase of our new 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. Our salesman, Layton was very friendly and thoughtful by bringing an umbrella and then pulling the Santa Fe in the showroom so we could look at it without getting wet. Layton was very informative, telling us all the things since this is our first Hyundai vehicle. He listened to all our questions and concerns as we were trying to decide which vehicle we might want to purchase. Layton was not pushy or overbearing in any way. The sales manager, Michael was very easy to talk to and listened to our financial questions and concerns. He gave us his personal business card as well as Layton and said we could call anytime. Overall I would give Cavenaugh Hyundai 5 stars. Everyone was so friendly and nice down to Mike that made sure my Santa Fe was squeaky clean before I drove it off the lot! Thank you again to Layton, Michael and Adrian for making the purchase of our new Santa Fe one of the easiest buying experiences we have had! My husband and I tend to buy our vehicles for the longevity of them, but I would consider going back if the need arises and definitely will recommend them to our friends and family.

Definitely the fastest I’ve ever bought a car. Not a fan of the finance guy trying to push an extended warranty but trying to make it seem like it was just included when it cost like $4000 extra. I get they are pushed to sell these and for some people they may be great. But it should be presented as an option, not as though it’s included. If I hadn’t realized what was happening I’d have added an extra $4000 to the loan on my car that I personally didn’t feel was necessary. And he used some scare tactics, I can only assume bc I’m a woman so he thought I wouldn’t know any better. Aside from that, the rest of the staff was amazing. Micki was great to deal with and all the sales staff was super friendly. Would definitely buy here again!! Quick and easy car purchase. Which is what I prefer!!
