I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department at Chevy. Caydin and the service team were exceptional — extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. The level of care, attention to detail, and effort they put into addressing my concerns was truly impressive. Their professionalism, pride in their work and knowledge absolutely stood out and made a stressful situation far easier to navigate, knowing I was in such capable hands. I’m genuinely grateful to Caydin, the mechanic (whose name I unfortunately missed), and the entire Service Department. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about doing things the right way.

I came here hoping to get a pre-owned car, but I ended up getting a better deal on a new one. It may not have been the exact car I originally intended to buy, but it’s perfect for what I need. Eric and Dave helped me get approved through the bank—they really know their stuff. Since I didn’t have a vehicle to pick up the car, Dave generously offered to deliver it to my home. They weren’t my first option, but I’m really glad I ended up getting the car from them. I was also able to avoid the extra charges other dealerships were adding. Overall, my experience was great. I never felt like I was treated as anything less than a priority customer—they took their time with me and answered all my questions. They also offer discounts for healthcare professionals, so I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my colleagues.

I drove from Morgantown West Virginia! Taylor - Hunter - and Connie are why. The care and service they put into the deal they gave me on my new car. Fantastic service- can’t say enough about how easy and friendly they were! A complete different experience from those big city dealers that you are just a number at. Connie made me laugh the whole time the raccoon story was hilarious.
