My Service Manager Jesus is truly exceptional. He’s always the first to arrive and ensures everything is ready for the day, setting the standard for punctuality. What sets him apart is that he doesn’t just delegate tasks from a distance; he leads by example. He’s hands-on, working alongside us, showing us how to handle situations with skill and care. He’s also incredibly understanding. Whether it’s a personal challenge or a work-related issue, he listens, offers support, and motivates us to consistently give our best effort. His ability to empathize and put himself in our shoes, as well as in the customers’, is what makes him stand out as a manager. He provides outstanding customer service by truly understanding the clients’ needs and making sure they feel heard and valued. Not only does he drive the team to perform at their highest level, but he also inspires us through his actions. He’s the first to take on a challenge and the last to leave, making sure everything is in place. His dedication is unmatched, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about both the team and the customers. As a leader and a person, there’s no one better.

I travel a lot for work and good customer service and speed are of the essence to me. My advisor was Mr. Missael. Great customer service smart attentive and respectful.
