On 4/16 I purchase a Used Ford Expedition. Sales person was very helpful and professional. However the vehicle few issues at the moment which salesman was able to Help to fix them. As driving the vehicle more issues have arise. I had one of my mechanics to check it out. So it has a lot Of damages. Reached out to the salesman to inform of the issues that were found by my mechanic. I understand that is a used vehicle but come on I didn’t buy a vehicle to immediately start to be making repairs. I purchased a vehicle to have a reliable transportation. Hopefully I can get a resolution. *****Update****** I spoke to Manager Lupe as well to Alfredo. They both took the time to listen to my concerns in my resent purchase. Lupe had personally take care of the concerns. I express my concern on been with transportation and provided me with loaner.
