2026 GMC Canyon 2WD Elevation Crew Cab Short Box

I brought my vehicle in experiencing a complex problem with the sensors and they didn’t give up until they repaired it correctly and completely. Their communication was excellent, keeping me apprised the entire time! Big kudos to Steve, the writer and Chris the service manager.

I went in to buy a new Chevy Trax. We talked to Jake and he was amazing! He was very welcoming and friendly. We went for a test drive and he knew exactly where we should go to test different features of the car (dotted lines for lane keep assist, an empty parking lot for the back up camera, a main road for adaptive cruise control, etc.) He made sure that I liked the car and that I was comfortable in it. We discussed numbers and he helped me get to a price that I could afford. I brought my truck to trade in and he made that process very simple. He asked what I wanted for it, looked at it, and told me he could offer what I requested all within 5 minutes. The only negative about my experience (and reason for not rating 5 stars) was the finance manager. He was very rushed and did not want us reading the paperwork. He opened a box for us to sign online and looked very annoyed when I closed the box to read before I signed. As soon as I did sign that box, he saved the signature and signed for me in the rest of the boxes. We should have pushed back and tried to read every page, but we let him rush us to avoid him getting visibly annoyed again. He was not helpful with questions and was very rude. I would have left if it weren’t for how amazing Jake was through this process. After getting home, we looked at the paperwork and realized that an advertised discount was not applied to my final bill (something we may have noticed if the finance guy had let us read every page) and we called Jake. We drove back to figure everything out and he explained exactly what happened and that we would redo the paperwork. Jake let us read everything and answered all of our questions. He apologized for the missing discount and told us that we would be receiving a check for the inconvenience along with him personally taking my new car and filling up the tank for me. Jake made this process so easy and positive. I would definitely recommend Jake to anyone looking at buying a new car. He is amazing! Thank you for everything Jake :)
