I went to Service my truck, and ended up buying a new one. They had a great selection of trucks. The staff was so welcoming. No pressure just friendly people that really listen. I found a new truck and they gave me more money for my old truck than I expected. I highly recommend ALM GMC South for service and a place to buy a new one. The Sales staff and Service staff really exceed expectations.

Nicci in Service is a Godsend! One week ago I was driving form Ohio to Bradenton, FL for my dad's 70th birthday when the ATL stop-and-go hellscape--wait, traffic, I mean traffic...got the best of my Chevy Equinox. I was able to diagnose the issue to a locked-up/seized right front brake caliper. Obviously I then drove straight past Nicci and ALM GMC South and went to the Chevy dealer a block away. Well, they flat suck out loud and don't have any technicians that work on the weekends. I've been in retail automotive for over twenty years in Ohio and I have NEVER heard of anything as stupid. I mean, they missed out of a $1,400+ job, imagine how many more. Well, off to "That GMC store I passed". Nicci greeted me with a smile and a bit of stress. I then asked "are you guys going through a buy/sell", to which everyone stopped and looked confused. Nicci said that they were transitioning ownership as I had suspected. I let her know that I've been through a dozen and it's ok, I'm easy. Nicci checked out the brake and without getting it on a lift for full confirmation agreed it likely was a locked-up caliper. This was at 3:30pm on a Friday. I knew I was asking (begging really) a lot to get this all done by close of business on Saturday so that I could get to my dad's birthday party. Well, let's just say that Nicci was AMAZING! She called at around 5pm and informed me that the technician agreed with my/our diagnosis and that I would need new brakes up front. Before I could say ":yes, please order what you need", Nicci said "I've already ordered everything assuming you agree to the estimate." This is straight badass customer service! Nicci is the best. Great communication and genuine caring and compassion. It doesn't get any better than this in any service department in the country. To wrap-up, Dad had a great 70th birthday and I got to experience it all...thanks to Nicci. From the bottom of my heart, and my family's hearts---THANK YOU!
