2026 GMC Canyon 4WD Elevation Crew Cab Short Box

The service department and office staff stayed late on a hot summer evening to help us with a potential engine problem. While they close at 5:00, when we called from Klamath Falls the service advisor offered to keep the doors open until we could get there. Their service schedule is booked out for weeks and knew that we were traveling through - not likely repeat customers. Two techs and the service advisor made us feel at home and that our concerns were theirs too. Hall Motors went above and beyond with outstanding customer service!

Drove to Lakeview today and had our 2023 GMC 3500hd serviced. iIn the lobby we had the pleasure meeting Jordon their Service Writer. We checked in with her, reviewed what our needs were she provided us a loaner car and said she would call when they were finished. We went into town to contribute to the local economy purchasing supplies. Jordon called to inform us we could pick up the truck. On arriving she reviewed the work done and thanked us for using Hall Motors. Jordon is extremely personable, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Her customer service is second to none.
