Charles Cernaro was the Internet Sales Correspondent, who very politely reached out via text after I showed interest in a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. He sent the link to one of the Sierras on the lot and answered a few inquiries I had. I was then contacted by a Sales Associate, Reimund Thompson, who provided me with an OTD price via text, and we spoke on the phone. He answered any questions I had about the vehicle, the quote and how the GM Trade Assistance worked. We arranged a time to come to the dealership and test drive the Sierra. The day I went to the dealership, Reimund had cleared the snow and had the vehicle in front, ready to test drive. The ride went well, however, this particular vehicle had some installed accessories, which I ended up not wanting. Zero pressure whatsoever to purchase the accessories, which was very nice. I decided to purchase the vehicle, but we needed to work on the trade in. I was very disappointed with the Carfax price, but the GM trade assistance program was able to bridge that gap and get me to a price similar to a private sale. Without that, I would have walked away without trading in my car. Reimund, once again was great, no pressure, no nagging, etc. He explained a few things about the discounts and I agreed to move forward with the purchase. Reimond introduced me to the Finance Manager, Beka Kuliani, who got me a competitive rate, and a no pressure extended warranty for peace of mind. I drove away in a great vehicle which I absolutely love.

Our sales representative Maurice Banks was amazing. Patient, informative and friendly. The advertised price online was the price I paid. No haggling, no hidden fees. The financial services person was also helpful and not pushy at all. I am enjoying my new Chevy Trailblazer
