From first contact with the dealership my experience was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. But especially my salesman, Mitch. He went above and beyond to help me and was always in contact with me. He made the process so easy and stress free. Also, Brandon in finance, so great and also made the experience easy and made everything work to get me into my car.

The sales and financing staff went out of the way to make feel important. The salesperson, Craig, called numerous dealerships to get a dealer trade for the vehicle I was looking for. he kept me informed of everything he was doing. Once I got the vehicle I was shown around the dealership and service are and spoke with a service agent to feel welcomed there also. I left feeling like i was important and taken care of.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. The techs found that I had some sort of oil all over the bottom of my transmission. Turn out to be transmission fluid. My appointment was one of the last of the day. The service writer informed me that I would not be able to drive my Blazer home. I was devastated and really didn't know what I was going to do. A service tech there named Ron looked over the issue and resolved the problem and got me back on the road. This is why I drive a half hour to get my oil changed at Clift. The customer service there surpasses excellence.
