The Advisor I worked with was very helpful. My car was in and out for service in about 1 and a half hours. I had scheduled service at another dealership, but they refused to answer some questions I had about warranty coverage so I cancelled that appointment. Don Franklin answered my questions and got me in within days of calling for an appointment. I will keep going back to Don Franklin for my service needs.
