Everyone I interacted with was personable, communicative, and genuinely interested in helping me navigate the car buying process—which can be overwhelming, but they made it smooth and stress-free. As for the car itself—I LOVE it. It’s the perfect fit for our family. We did have a small hiccup with installing the car seat (a bit of user error!), but once that was sorted, everything about the vehicle has been fantastic. The features are impressive, it’s comfortable, stylish, and I’m so excited to be driving it. I would 1000% recommend both the Chevy Trax and McDaniel Superstore to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I recently worked with Alex at McDaniel GM Superstore and overall had a great experience. Alex was down to earth, easy to talk to, and never pushy throughout the process. He gave us space to make decisions while still being available to answer questions. The follow-up after the visit was strong and professional, which I really appreciated. Toward the very end of the sale, things felt a little more “sales-driven,” but that wasn’t because of Alex. He stayed consistent and respectful the entire time. If you’re looking for someone straightforward and professional to work with, I’d definitely recommend asking for Alex.
