Restored my faith in the car buying experience. I haven't bought a car in 10 years because my car ran great, but also my two previous experiences were terrible. Not this time. From the moment I reached out about a particular truck they had, the experience was so smooth. Never pushy. I told them which truck I was interested in and they gave me the info I requested and never pushed to try to get me to go with something new or more expensive. Stephanie the online rep was very forthcoming with all the information I requested and Chris B at the dealership was extremely professional and polite. I told him I have had bad experiences, so he didn't push or try to fast talk me. Even wrote down a few numbers since I told him I am a more visual person. Finance guy also polite not pushy on extras either. All in all best car buying experience ever. I would highly recommend.

Overall experience was excellent. Brianna S. was very helpful and while the goal is the sale of course, she did a great job keeping the whole experience a pleasant one and well represented the Banks Auto Dealership. I would definitely purchase at this dealership again.

Banks is an excellent dealership. I’ve purchased several trucks and vans from them over the years. Last week I went in to get some information and pricing about a Silverado 2500 and ended up buying one. Not because of any pressure but because my salesperson Brianna B was very knowledgeable and patient and found me my dream truck and worked with her manager to get me the best pricing for my trade and the new truck so I couldn’t resist. I’ve always recommended Banks to friends and I will continue to do so in the future.
