Weirs has been my go to car dealer for years now. After all these years of coming to Weirs, I felt inclined to write a review after my most recent experiences with the service department. Nowadays it feels like it is impossible to get your vehicle serviced. As a household with multiple different vehicle brands, we get to see the staggering difference between dealers. Most recently I needed to have my RAM serviced, and chose to go to the RAM dealer. My simple oil change took 3 weeks to be seen. Could I have been seen earlier, sure, but it would have required me to visit their express service at 7:30am and stay until it was my turn… not ideal for someone with a hectic schedule. After realizing I needed new tires, the same dealer quoted me another 3 weeks to get back in and install the tires. With one phone call to Weirs, my RAM was in the next day, and the tires were replaced. A few weeks later and my mother’s Subaru needed repairs not covered by warranty. Rather than waiting weeks for that work, we called Weirs and they were more than willing to get her Subaru Outback parts and have the vehicle fixed in just 2 days. Such a refreshing change… Service exceeded my expectations, and the sales department is equally as easy to work with. Anytime a friend or family is looking for a new or used vehicle, Weirs is my first recommendation. Thank you to the entire team, keep up the great work!
