2026 GMC Canyon 4WD Elevation Crew Cab Short Box

I decided a few weeks ago I wanted a Tesla as long as I liked the way it drove. I started looking at all the online platforms trying to find a used one in good condition with the options I wanted, let me tell you it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. After a few weeks of searching I happened across a 2021 Tesla Model Y at GMC/Cadillac Fort Walton Beach in the color combination I wanted with low mileage and features I was looking for. I called about it and spoke with James and told him I was interested. Well it turned out they didn’t actually have the car yet but were getting it within a week so I set up and appointment with him to see it. A few hiccups appeared along the way while trying to arrange a test drive with my schedule but James was patient with me and assured me I would be the first person to see the car when it arrived. When the car arrived it had a custom wrap on it that I disliked very much so James went out of his way to remove it before I arrived. While I was test driving I fell in love with this car and James told me that there were a lot of people interested in it, but he kept his promise to me that I would be the first to see it and the first to purchase it. Well I drove off in that Tesla that day. The purchase process was very smooth and possibly the fastest car buying experience I’ve had in the twenty plus years I’ve been car buying. After visiting several dealerships and talking to multiple salespeople who didn’t seem very motivated to make a sale, I was referred to Karen. She was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish!! I called her before coming and told her what I interested in looking at, she had the vehicle pulled up to the front door and was waiting for me to arrive! She was far from pushy, very easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every single question I had. I would say from the time I arrived to the time I was signing a purchase agreement took about 45 minutes, and that’s including the test drive, negotiation, credit check, paperwork…the whole thing. Getting everything turned in to the bank and the financing process took a little longer, but that’s only because they were trying to convince the bank to lengthen the loan term to lower my already very low payments. Karen just naturally put my mind at ease and encouraged me every step of the way since this was my first time buying a car by myself. She made sure my vehicle was detailed inside and out, to include a complimentary protectant coat (inside and out) and made sure to send me on my way with a full tank of gas! She’s just such a wonderful person and I will 100% be going back to her in the future! Everyone was so upbeat and it was refreshing to see all of the employees energetic and genuinely happy in the workplace. The way a business treats its team members speaks volumes about the company and how they will treat their clients. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, THIS is where you will feel the most valued!
