Once I had decided on the perfect car, Jennifer made what I thought would be a stressful situation the smoothest of any transactions I’ve ever made (hey, I even want to do it again!) Apart from being friendly and knowledgeable, Jennifer has a way of making customers feel comfortable and well taken care of. She even helped me negotiate an amazing APR with the bank, and gave me some sound advice on how to work on my credit and refinance again when rates go down. The entire team took care of everything- all I had to do was drive my new baby home. When I picked up my new plates (I’m from the next state over), I was greeted by the friendly folks at the front desk- who promptly helped me install my plates and registration sticker. After experiencing other dealerships, I truly found that this was my best experience ever.
