The body shop did a beautiful job on my 2010 Sierra. I was very happy with the outcome.. and they went above and beyond my expectations when they completely detailed the interior and washed/waxed the exterior of my truck. Bang up job guys ????.... My truck is looking awesome. Couldn't be happier with that. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is for a lack of communication. I requested a quote for some work i wanted done in addition to the already projected job...i asked for this on a few different occasions, including the initial contact ahead of the project, and never did receive any answer until a couple days before i picked up my vehicle. I also asked for some of the parts (specific parts) to be returned to me at completion of the job. I only received a few parts i really didn't need and none of the ones i specified i wanted. Not a deal breaker but was a bit disappointed. So pretty much i felt a little brushed off honestly. But otherwise these guys were completely professional and did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anybody.
Noelle at Randy Wise in Fenton is absolutely AMAZING!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and she won’t stop until she does! She is sweet, caring and hardworking! Thank you Noelle for doing everything you could to get me into something I love!
I took my 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP in with a broken buttress. I knew how to open it but couldn’t get the trunk to open. I took my car to their Buick dealership, so I was sure if anybody could fix it, they could. Sure enough they got her open. The part they needed to fix it wasn’t available anymore so they made the part to fix it. I’m so thankful. If and when I go to buy another car, you can bet it’ll be Randy Wise.
