Once the check engine light was read they immediately set to work on a solution. Walters did not have a fuel filter control module and neither did GMC national supply house have any in stock. I had personally checked at another dealership and at all local auto parts stores trying to locate one but they all informed me there was none to be had. Service personnel on their own found one at another dealership and made arrangements to obtained it. The part was secured on a Friday and installed. I especially want to give thanks to an extremely customer oriented individual,Pam. I had purchased an extended warranty myself and she worked tirelessly in securing information from them so that it could help with payment of my bill. Me and my wife had camping reservation for the next week at Kentucky Horse Park and would not have been able to keep those reservation if it had not been for her patience in securing authorization from my warranty plan. Due to her work in securing my warranty information and the service department work we did not have to break our vacation plans and I can't give their service personnel, especially Pam's, enough accolades. To me this represents what customer service is in its finest. I have told many of my friends of my experience with this dealership and especially of their personnel.
