He was able to get my car in the same day I called, after a small hiccup my car had to stay in the shop through the weekend. Within 20 minutes of getting the call, Ron had not only a loaner vehicle waiting for me, which was spotless, but then helped load my car seats into the vehicle as well. Above and beyond!
