Jeff did a great job, he has integrity and was extremely responsive. He helped with any questions we had and helped get us into a vehicle that would work for our family.

We came in about a half hour early and were immediately greeted by Heather who knew exactly why we were here and was able to get a mechanic to start right away on our vehicle. She then showed us to the very comfortable and accommodating waiting area which is stocked with refreshments for customers as they wait for their vehicle to be done. With all the traffic and surplus of people in the area vacationing it was very nice to have everything go so smoothly and be able to just relax while we wait ??

I typically do not like dealing with car dealers. Serra Buick and Jeff Baja have totally changed my mind! The entire experience was a pleasure in the professionalism exhibited by Jeff and Serra Buick were exceptional! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Buick or GMC!
