I was not super excited about the price of my oil change . as I normally do it myself. However, it was done to my satisfaction and standards. The mechanic who addressed the original issue for my service was very professional and took great pride in explaining the synopsis of his trouble shooting and my concerns. I truly felt like he cared . I will not hesitate to return for any further concerns.
Was able to get scheduled on the day that I needed. When I arrived they were able to get started promptly. They have a new process of performing a video of the vehicle while do the inspection and this was great. The video was sent to me and I was able to review and see the inspection that the tech performed. Even got to talk to the tech afterwards and advised him he did a great job of d The inspection.
My salesman Dave Osborne made my visit pleasant from the very start. He was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I wanted to look at or drive. Was not pushy at all.
