sales person (kim) was excellent and sales mgr (Bobby) was excellent as well. when Kim was busy Bobby was helpful in getting us accurate finance numbers, incentives and started with paperwork. Chris handled the finance portion and wasn't pushy with warranties, i appreciate that and all were friendly and easy going. only snag i ran into was with the detail finish leaving scratches but they quickly remedied that without hesitation

Michael Anderson was very good. I finally found a salesman at a dealership that is honest. I did all my shopping via the Internet. I hit up at least 6 dealerships that had the vehicle with the options I was looking for. I never physically saw any of the vehicles I was considering. You guys had almost the best price. I came close to purchasing from another dealer that beat your price by few hundred bucks, but I caught them attempting a last minute, sneaky move to recoup that $300 they promised. Then their lies started flying. All went very smooth with the payment and pickup, no last minute shenanigans. The only small issue I have is that the quote and sales documentation stated the truck was sold to me with 2 miles on the odometer. When in fact it had 34 miles. It seems curious to me and perhaps this was simply overlooked. But if correct, the vehicle would have been used between the time I purchased it and when I picked it up...hum.

Kim was great. She let me handle everything over the phone and when it made sense, I came in. Unfortunately, my engine died 5 hours after purchase and the tow truck scratched my bumper, but the team at Hardman really made sure I was taken care of. The engine problem was a GM issue, not a dealer issue. Also, the tow truck issue was not the dealers fault either. They offered me good prices on my trade ins and had better pricing than any other dealership. I was Able to get another new car that has a great deal! Never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I love My new car and I’m a very loyal GMC customer. My next car, I will definitely go back and work with them again. The overall circumstances were not great, but the dealership really made sure I was taken care of and never tried to nickel and dime me during the process. Things happen, but the customer service is 100% the reason I’ll be a repeat customer.
