I recently purchased a vehicle from this facility. I wasn't planning to buy it because I had a very disappointing experience at a different Bob Johnson Location. However, When I met Joe Desiato( my Sales Consultant) who immediately offer to help me, It was a totally different experience. Joe is very knowledgeable, friendly and patience. He made the whole process very easy. He did not rush me and explained everything to me in details including all the car features which made it easy for me to buy the car. When I told him that I was asking too many questions, He replied: no you are not. I want you to feel comfortable with you purchase and I'm here to answer any questions you have. I can tell that he really enjoys his job. Because of the positive experience that I had, he made a customer for life and I will also recommend my friends and family. I bought a vehicle from this location and Dennis was my salesman. He was very patient and answered all my questions I didn't feel rushed. Roshawn helped set up Onstar and explained all the options to set up the vehicle. I also dealt with service to get a remote starter installed and Courtney was my advisor. She explained the time frame and again I didn't feel rushed. I also had some questions for Doug the finance manager and he took the time to answer everything.
