2026 GMC Canyon 4WD Denali Crew Cab Short Box

Bought a new Thunderstom Gray Sierra 1500 AT4 from Kern Motor Company and could not be happier. I dread car shopping and been looking at these trucks for months. May had some good discounts I couldn't pass up and did inquiries at multiple dealers in NOVA and Rhonda from Kern was the only one to reply. The negotiation process was stress free and we did everything via phone, text, and email. This saved me the hours typically spent at a dealership. We coordinated a time for me to meet her and purchase the truck, 1 hour tops and we were done. Carson gave me a tour of the new truck, went over all the features, and demonstrated some new things i wasn't familiar with. He really knew the product. I highly recommend Rhonda and Kern Motor Co if you are looking for a new Buick or GMC.

My review is for the service department. I had multiple recalls and a software update to get done. My biggest issue was a steering wheel vibration. They could have easily said they couldn’t duplicate the issue, as it was intermittent, and kicked me down the road. Instead they took 3 days to troubleshoot and talk with GM to come up with a fix. The communication from the service manager was very good. I normally don’t leave reviews but, just wanted to say thanks.
