He made the process easy and enjoyable, no feeling of having to remain on guard. Then interacting with Garrett to complete the documents signing portion was quick and efficient. All of the employees went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, the men at the desk were incredibly hardworking and attentive, and the cash receipts clerk was the kindest young lady I had ever met. The service was quick, efficient, my car was sooo clean and I was offered the 3 oil change package which I accepted because it was such a great deal!
