2026 GMC Sierra 4WD Crew Cab Short Box Elevation

I took in my 2016 buick encore on Tuesdays thanks to a check engine light. Jeff did an amazing job at communicating with me throughout the whole experience. He took the time to make sure I understood the process going forward! Communication 10/10 very quick and thorough, I picked up my car that Thursday morning.

I got my oil changed and my lights looked at. My brights were not working and I pretty much knew why just wanted it confirmed and it’s under warranty. They confirmed and they can’t fix it. Totally okay! I can work with that. They recommend a place as well that takes my warranty still. I dropped my car off at 10:30 am Thursday as my appointment time. They hadn’t even looked or started the oil change till 11am-12pm the next day. I called for updates which is why I know somewhat of a timeline. I did give permission to keep over night so in a way my fault. They have asked before and had my car done in a couple hours. Was a bit frustrating. It was two pretty simple things and just felt the appointment time wasn’t needed at that point. I also stated I just wanted to confirm the problem with my lights and I wanted no work done. Didn’t think it would need to stay over night. Again my fault for giving that okay to keep overnight. Just really didn’t think it would. Experience was still fantastic. The staff is always great and I have had the greatest of experiences buying a vehicle there. Most likely will get my next one there as well. The place is clean the coffee is good and the seats are very comfortable. They have a pretty large selection of different vehicles all in different price ranges.

Was a great service experience. I was greeted and assisted right away. I thought I needed new brake pads but after they did some investigation they informed me my brakes were still good. I appreciate them not taking advantage and instead making me feel more, comfortable in my own vehicle. I do recommend this Weld County Garages for future endeavors.
