Tori was outstanding. She made us feel as if we were VIPs. My suburban was towed in on a Saturday. The driver introduced us to Tori who helped to set things on the right course. Being from PA on vacation, we were really in a pickle with a broken water pump. Tori said the part was on back order. She checked other dealers and eventually obtained the needed manifold from a parts store. I was glad that the repair could be made within a week. The car was done on the day she said it would be. She even found a coupon that applied to the price to help me out a bit. I never met any mechanic but they seem to have done a good job. My Suburban is back in service.
