They were willing to work with me and got me in a vehicle when no one else could. James was the best salesperson I've ever worked with! If you need a vehicle, come to this place!
I do believe that due to the algorithmic interpretation of my initial review, it appears that responsibility was incorrectly attributed to the customer service representatives. That was not the case. Any concerns expressed in my prior review were directed towards management-level decisions, not the service department staff. I want to be very clear that I have been a service customer of Ed Morse Chevrolet for the past four years and have consistently relied on their service department for all my vehicle needs, including new tires, transmission replacement, air conditioning services, and routine maintenance such as oil changes. Each time I enter the service drive, I am greeted with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care from team members such as Angela, Tyler, Amanda, and Damon. They consistently provide excellent customer service, communicate thoroughly on behalf of the technicians, and foster the kind of trust and relationship that brings customers back. This clarification is intended to ensure that Ed Morse management understands that the service department staff are not responsible for pricing structures or policy decisions, which are established at the management level. The service team should not bear responsibility for matters outside of their control, and they continue to represent the dealership with integrity and professionalism. My intent in providing this clarification is not to be controversial, but simply to bring awareness and ensure accountability is accurately placed, while recognizing the efforts of employees who consistently deliver excellent customer service. Therefore, the customer service team deserves no less than a five-star review.
