Super easy and quick process! Salesman was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions about the car. Finance manager was very helpful and helped me pick out the right protection package, even helped get me a lower rate on my finance! Just overall a fantastic car buying experience from start to finish! Definitely recommend these guys!

Edit: This issue was resolved adequate and honorably. Thank you.
My dad use to work here for 28 years. Earned awards and was loyal to the company and was thanked by selling him a lemon. They promised to fix and make it right and are now no longer answering him to avoid responsibility. Recently I had taken the car there to have the tires serviced and came home with their Allen key wrench lodged in my tire and they refuse to help. Don't do business here. I can confirm they will steal and lie to get your money. Good luck elsewhere because it'll be better than #1 Chocran.

I usually avoid getting service done through dealerships. However, this was hands down the best service experience I’ve had. The entire process was seamless from scheduling to checking in/picking up. For me it’s, the little things that count and also what most dealerships skip over. Part of my service was a state inspection and upon arriving I realized I had a dated insurance card. Whoever was working to check me in was very kind. I asked her to give me a few minutes to call my insurance to have a new card emailed to me. I was met with “oh don’t worry about it, I will call and have them fax it so that I can have an updated card in your glove box when you pick the truck up”. Seems so simple? Yet I have never experienced a dealership that cared about little details like this, because THAT is service. Those are the little details that stick with people, and you guys have earned a return customer.
