I started my shopping experience online and when Joeseph reached out to me I wasn't able to answer. He returned my call again after being off the clock and away from the dealership. He provided me with all the answers to all questions. Had the car I wanted ready for me to test drive when I got there and paperwork ready for me. Even with me being undecided and choosing a different car and then going back to the original choice He never got aggravated with me or my wild kiddo that was there.
