Talk about VIP treatment. From the start Michael answered all of our questions communicated swiftly while being upfront and honest. There was no games being played but all professionalism. We drove over 8 hours to do business with them and we will be back in a heartbeat for our next vehicle. We were in and out like a car deal should be.
