We just purchased our first Escalade yesterday from the used car department!! Just wanted to say a few things Jeremy in the used car was a perfect sales he took the time on the phone to answer every question I had. Then went and looked at a few and he was helpful with that as well. So we ended up buying a 2024 and couldn’t be happier A+ service from him and I’ll definitely tell my friends and family to stop in and see him. After having 8 Durango’s we are happy to move on!

I bought a GM certified vehicle from Serra Cadillac about 4 months ago. I just picked it up from service for minor detail repairs. Both experiences were positive. The PreOwned Sales Manager, Bob, was very helpful when I went thru the sales process. Stephanie was a great service advisor and Johnny was excellent at taking care of my transportation needs. I also love how my vehicle handles the road.
