I appreciate the professionalism and convenience of Cadillac services. After having a fast leak in my tire, not only were they at my location in less than a half hour, they replaced my tire with a full-size spare, taking the flat to be fixed, and brought it back to my home to put on. TOP NOTCH all the way. Yes, my husband could've rushed to do this before rushing to make it to work in time, or I, too could've did this while fighting the flu, but why when they offer this service? So, we called and they were willing. Win- win! ????

Scheduled oil change was done. Booking the service online was easy and job was completed on time. Waited at the dealership and advisor was very courteous. I was made aware of additional services due based on my cars mileage but no hassle or pressure to do the extra service items from the advisor. I've been a customer here for over 30 years and have not once had a bad experience.
