Outstanding service! I used their valet service and the communication before, during, and after my service was excellent! In addition to the oil change and tire rotation I scheduled, my car was returned washed and vacuumed as well. Making service appointments is super easy online or when calling and I’ve never had to wait more than a day for an appointment. I will continue to use them for servicing my Cadillac.

Ashton, the service manager was great. Very professional and even helped me with some extra exterior paint for a few spot corrections. My wife and I just purchased two caddies (first time Cadillac owners) and are happy to have Voss in the neighborhood. Will definitely be back for all our services

We saw two cars on line that we liked. We sent a message via their website after closing hours. We received the automated replies and replied to them the next morning. We were driving 45 minutes to look at the cars and wanted to confirm availability. We also had a funeral to attend mid-day. We sent another message before they opened and Pete called right back. It was his off day but they arranged for a fine sales person, Bernard, to meet us with the one car remaining. We drove it, liked it, came to a deal in principle, left for the funeral and return 5 hours later for paperwork and drove our new car home. Pete and Bernard were friendly and professional making the car shopping experience as efficient as it can be. Bernard is probably the best sales person we have worked with, I'm 63 so many cars over the years.
